Choose the statements that apply to you Select any story that feels true for you. The bars show how much of this guide you have picked for daily living and mobility on an illustrative 0 to 12 scale (so coverage lines up with rough rate bands). Those are not DWP activity points. The money figures use published weekly rates as examples only, not a final award.
Getting out can feel impossible unless someone helps me take the first step. If a journey goes wrong, I can freeze and need someone with me to help me get through it. On bad days I need someone I trust to help me face conversations or appointments. Some face-to-face situations overwhelm me so much that I shut down and cannot take part. When I am low, making food can feel like too much until someone helps me start. I can go without proper meals unless someone notices and encourages me to eat. I can sit for hours unable to wash or get dressed unless someone helps me begin. Bills pile up when I am low, and I need someone to help me work through them one step at a time. Your guide level and illustrative amounts The weekly amounts below use published PIP rates as examples only . They line up with how far you are on this guide's band, not with DWP activity points or any real award.
